Spam Policy for Club Rebates4U Members :

Club Rebates4U strictly prohibits our Members from sending out unsolicited emails that include references or links to their  Club Rebates4U hosted web site  that promotes our opportunity/club or to our web sites or email addresses.  This includes links to your Club Rebates4U hosted  website in signature files attached to your outgoing emails. We reserve the right to decide what is or isn't Spam!

Club Rebates4U strictly prohibits our Members from posting to any newsgroup, bulletin board, or major domo list, etc., which may result in an unsolicited email being generated linking to any of our websites or affiliates websites.

If we should receive a proven complaint which (copy of an email or other electronic post) that includes a reference or link to a Club Rebates4U domain or URL or email address, the offending Member may have their website terminated with no recourse and without warning.

All of the above also includes and redirecting links which lead to any Club Rebates4U site.

All Club Rebates4U emails sent by our members must have a valid email address to which a prospective member may reply. You must use your full real name. No fake names! We are real  and so are you. Lies and dishonest practices can damage our reputation and will cause your membership to be terminated.

You must keep a copy of emails sent to you requesting a membership or information about the Club Rebates4U. This is your only proof that  someone has asked you for a membership or further information and will be invaluable if we receive a spamming complaint against you.

We have to protect ourselves from being shut down by Spam complaints even if they are false. Unfortunately, anyone accused of Spam is considered guilty and has to prove their innocence. We must avoid even the appearance of Spam!

Enforcement of this Policy: If we should receive a complaint which proves a violation of this Spam Policy has occurred, a warning will be issued. A second complaint will cause the offending Member to have the use of their website suspended for 15 days.  A third violation of this Spam Policy will result in the termination of the Member's website.

We understand that in order to be successful you must send solicitation emails, however, all solicitation emails must be to someone you know or to an opt-in list. You cannot use our name or any reference to a link to our site or your free site in any emails. It is our policy to be opposed to bulk emailing to unknown prospects.
